Teacher Certification

Candidates currently certified to teach in Texas pursuing additional certification in science or mathematics could qualify for the following incentives:
- Professional development to prepare for certification exam
- Reimbursement of certification and testing fees*
- A one-time stipend*
- $2,000 for the teachers at Title I schools
- $1,000 for the teachers at non-Title I schools
