Free educational website with 2,100+ videos covering a variety of math, science, humanities, and test prep.
Also has the capability for you to be a coach and then have students log on to keep track of their progress.

Website is a calculation engine (not a search engine) that provides answers to various topics. What is the world population? How much wheat production occurs in the U.S.? Who won the Oscar for best actor in 1958? What is Jason Kidd's free throw percentage? How tall is the smallest skyscraper? (Which btw, this site does not list the building in Wichita Falls). The nicest thing about this site is that not only does it provide an answer, it also provides, graphs, charts, and other statistical data.

Multi-level website that would be great for tutorials or for students to review missed concepts. Many of the games and puzzles could not be opened unless you had purchased the CD. Some upper elementary might be able to use this website when explaining fractions, decimals, or percent. Website has excellent search capabilities for all age groups, topics, and calculators. Activities require calculators and some require TI connect to transfer programs from the computer to the calculators.

This website has 605 lessons for preK-12 math educators and 106 online activities that help to make math come alive in the classroom or at home. A teacher has used this website several times and really liked the lessons. |

This website has interactive activities for algebra, geometry, and trig. It also offers some printable worksheets. It gives a link to online games but they are not part of this website. Most of the links on the page are for other websites. It gives you a list of interactive activities. Some of the algebra and geometry may be used in 8th grade as well.

This website is a "game" website. It covers 1st through high school topics such as transformations, linear equations, quadratic equations, and cubic equations. |

Website has games, puzzles, optical illusions. Some games are a little silly - car crashes are more fun than doing the math. There are many good questions, many classical questions, but the answers are right there. |

Website has a great way of setting up the dictionary. For students grades 1-8. Some of the vocabulary words had interactive activities for the students to participate in as they read about the word, but not all. The only reason students might be more in inclined to you use the website rather than a dictionary or math textbook would be because it is online and does have quite a few that they can interact with while they learn about the word. |
