Please read the Credit by Exam for Acceleration procedures before applying for a test. The CBE Application Form should be completed and mailed to Missy Mayfield, Kathy Harvey, or Geneva Trejo at Region 9 ESC, 301 Loop 11, Wichita Falls, Tx 76306. A $40 deposit check per test should accompany the application.
