Personnel Services

The Personnel Services Cooperative is designed to assist member districts in various personnel functions, including an online application system-Aplitrack. Services provided: online applicaiton system with access to a regional database of applicants, act as a certification resource for district administrators and teachers, coordination of the Alternative Certification prgoram with Region 4, technical assistance to individuals seeking alternative certification, general human resources and certification assistance to school district administrators, substitute teacher training, attendance at job fairs to enable more aplicants to have access to Region 9 school information and posting district opening information on the ESC bulletin board, the TASA website, and all teacher certification programs in Texas and Oklahoma.
