How to Register
Region 9 Account Setup & Registration Process
Before registration for any course can be completed, an account must be created.
Go to Professional Development
Click on the New Users – click to create an account link in the middle blue box
Fill in the required information.
Be sure to hit the Save Record button at the bottom of the page.
An email will be sent to the provided address to confirm your account
Special Needs refers to your learning needs, not your child’s.
Under the Position drop-down box, select Parent/Community.
Under the Region drop-down box, select Region 9 ESC.
If your child is not currently enrolled in school, please select the district/school he/she previously attended.
In the Subjects box, select Parent, Family, or Community.
Under Grade Level, select No Grade Course Registration
Click on the red Sign-In button.
Once you have entered your login information, you have a few options:
Enter the course number, if you have it, in the Search box and click Go.
Enter a keyword (perhaps the title of the course) into the Search box and click Go.
Note: Most relevant offerings will be searchable under Special Education.
Select the Calendar of Sessions link on the left blue bar. From here, you will be able to search by date and see the full offering of all Region 9 sessions.
When you have located your session, click the blue Add to Cart button.
Follow the remainder of the instructions to Check Out and be formally registered for the course.
Be sure to confirm your personal information and click the final Check Out button. Watch for a confirmation email.
