Title I, Part C Migrant-Funded District Services

Services for the Title I, Part C Migrant Funded Districts include providing staff development and technical assistance regarding the implementation of effective Migrant Services Coordination in staff development in the Seven Areas of Focus, migrant service coordination, early childhood education, New Generation System, parent involvement, identification and recruitment, graduate enhancement, and secondary grade accrual. In addition, the program offers assistance in planning and presenting migrant parent training in transfer of student documents and all other required training (in Spanish as needed) and technical assistance in the preparation of the annual performance report. Recruitment activities of out-of-school youth are also conducted by ESC migrant staff.
