REGION 9

The Human Resources Services Cooperative is designed to assist member districts in various human resources functions, including an online application system.  Customization of the online application can be provided for an additional fee negotiated with the requesting district.

Services provided:

• Access to an online application system with a regional database of applicants. Click here for job openings and access to the application. 
• Assistance to districts in posting open positions within the online application system, as well as other posting sites deemed appropriate
• Attendance at job fairs to publicize the Region 9 districts and their openings to more potential applicants
• Assistance to school district administrators regarding general human resources
• Assistance with certification resources and information for district administrators and teachers
• Substitute teacher training
• Regional coordination of the Alternative Certification Program 
• Technical assistance to individuals seeking alternative certification
